Our story

I'm Jordan, a 20 year old chef running Yom from my family home in Knebworth, Hertfordshire.

My mission is to create plant based dishes that open your mind, fuel your body and fill your soul (while exciting your taste buds too!)

Everything I make is created with my own tried and tested recipes and I'm always working on something new and exciting to share.

Yom is more than just food, it is a chance to take a step back, relax and enjoy what nature has provided for us, a nourishing experience for your mind, body and soul.

Our Journey

Yom launched in October 2020, during lockdown. It all started as a takeaway from my family home in Knebworth, serving up a delicious new menu 2 weekends a month.

This led to us investing in a gazebo and mobile setup so we could travel to different events and areas with our pop up!

We now focus mainly on events and popups, with an occasional takeaway every now and then.

Sustainability

We know that it is important to make conscious choices to reduce the impact we have on our world in the short and long term.

All of our packaging is eco friendly, recyclable and made from responsibly sourced materials leaving you with peace of mind knowing that you are not hurting the planet while enjoying Yom!

We're always looking for ways to reduce our impact on the environment and we recognise our responsibility as a business to contribute to the greater good of our home!
